I have renew my membership in October 4 th, that renewal includes 150 credits for the month .You charge my membership renewal through iTunes but credits include inthe renewal will not be apply. I have to buy a 150 package to start chatting . I like to know if you can resolve this problem and apply those credits that will not be include.
