90% of the time App starts with buffer symbol – Seeking Alpha: News & Analysis Review

Love seeking alpha - but noticing that majority of the time I start the app - the app has a buffer ring and it doesn’t go away. I have to restart the app several times until It finally starts normally. Please fix this and I’ll rate the app 5 stars - as it deserves!
