Can’t sync between I phone and iCloud – Sticky Notes + Widget Memo Review

Hi I love these but need to be able to sync them between iPad and iPhone with iCloud. Was unable so purchased upgraded version and it still will not sync. Frustrating . Could you Please respond. Thanks! I’d give 5 star if can sync. Otherwise wish I hadn’t purchased upgrade
