The videos won’t load and I can’t pass 20 or start it – Winx Club: Fairy School Review

Every time I have a video for the game at the end of the level it won’t show the video it just says try again later and I keep on trying but it won’t work and when. I got to level 20 I can’t start it and I can’t add friends codes in to add them
