Customer care.. doesn’t care. – Dragons: Rise of Berk Review

This game is fun. A lot of dragons to obtain. I had an issue to where all my leaves went missing. I collected around 3,000 of them and not one was there when I logged in. I sent the company a ticket explaining what happened and to please look into it. I sent them 3 after that and that was 5 days ago. They either don’t care or just ignore some people’s problems. My boyfriend paid money for some dragons and didn’t even receive them and again they didn’t respond. They don’t mind taking your money but do mind if you have an issue. Very disappointed with the company.
