Great way to monitor carbohydrate consumption. – Calorie Counter by FatSecret Review

I’ve been a type 1 diabetic for 51 years. Fat secret is a vehicle that allows me to get fairly accurate carbohydrate numbers to maintain my insulin dosing. The extensive database of food, and the ability to add items, is much better then just guessing, and after using for a while I can see the improvement in my numbers.
