Bad Customer Service and False Advertising – Battle Camp - Catch Monsters Review

We recently had a event and at the beginning of the event the developer advertised that the top 20 troops in the game after the t day event would receive a reward, this reward was a costume. Sometime during the event they decided to remove that reward without notice even though they advertised it and people had already spent money. We have messaged the developer multiple times however they are not helpful and will not provide the rewards earned even though advertised as such. This is false advertising.
