Support doesn’t help. You can report hacked players, where you can’t get to the exit. no support. This game had potential when it worked. Their is about a 8% chance to get your gems back when they are stolen even if you get through there dungeon on the first try. Some dungeons aren’t able to be completed, report them nothing happens. gems are stolen even when ur under a shield.i have lost 3 gems in 1 hour. Have any issue, write to support back and forth for 3-4 day, oh I understand we will follow up after escalating issue. Next day your case is closed because u didn’t reply to the imaginary ??????????????????????????
