Do Yourself a Favor – Aaptiv: #1 Audio Fitness App Review

...and give this app a try. I’ve always been fairly active, used to run marathons and half-marathons consistently during and after college but when my late 20s hit, spending 20-30 hours a week running just wasn’t possible. This app not only helped motivate me to try more strength and yoga routines (okay let’s call it find the courage to do it without a classroom full of pros watching me learn) and I could not be more grateful. Seriously, the trainers are down to earth, genuine, and you feel the benefits of a team approach to exercise without the work of coordinating. Do it!
