Won’t open for play – Cascade Gem & Jewel Adventure Review

The game gets to the screen where it says- connecting to Cascade network. Then it just keeps buffering and the game never actually opens so I can play it. This is been going on for about two months. This is a fun game but it’s always been buggy. But this is the worst problem I’ve had with it. At this point I simply can’t play it. If the developer see this and know how I can correct this problem I would sure appreciate them letting me know.
