I purchased this app along time ago and I’m still getting ads – Bejeweled Classic Review

I have a valid purchase in iTunes. I decided to install this app after a couple years and now it is ad after ad after ad. The restore purchases button doesn’t work. Nor is there a way to even buy it if I wanted to get a new license.
