I was hoping just to watch TV... – VPN 24: Hotspot VPN for iPhone Review

When I moved overseas, I just wanted a VPN to help me watch American tv through streaming. It WORKS, but not well. It cuts in and out, cutting off the show in the middle, and is constantly buffering. So frustrated thinking my net was bad. Tried a different product, and realized it was just this app.
