Being unable to restore data – Gacha World Review

So, I did a data transfer and screenshot the information needed to transfer my data because I had to uninstall the game for a bit. When I reinstalled and clicked restore then put my name and the code I was given it said the data didn’t exist. I’ve spent money on that account which I’ll never get back, so thank you for scamming me.
