Permanent ban with no reason – Tiny Farm® Review

I left this game for a few months and came back to being banned despite being a long time user of this game, buying tons of in-game items over the years, and never cheating or doing anything against the tos. I assume my account was hacked or something but they give me no reason for being banned when I try to log in. This is highly upsetting to lose everything in a game I have played for YEARS.
