4.6 Earthquake tonight- No Alert Issued! FAIL – ShakeAlertLA Review

Just had a 4.6 earthquake tonight. I had my location setting Always On for just such an occasion- and I received NO ALERT! What’s up dev team? What’s up Garceti? Should we discard this app? USGS reports M4.6 - 3km WSW of South El Monte, CA on 2020-09-19 and 11:38pm
