No clear way of how to add to home screen – Widget - Add to Home Screen Review

I love the many options but the app freezes when I try the “?” to learn how to add to the Home Screen. There is no instruction other than “go to Notification Center and tap Edit,” which does not appear for me on my Notification Center.
