Can’t use content. – Heads Up! Review

I love the game and my boyfriend and I have been enjoying it, accept that we bought a bundle pack on his phone (under this same Apple account) and the app is trying to make me purchase that bundle pack again on my phone. We are under the same Apple ID and iCloud account, but cannot use the purchased card packs across both phones. This is very disappointing.
