Great start, but just a start. – Army PRT Review

(Full disclosure: I’ve been out of the Army for several years. I just like to stay fit and really like the ACFT. I wanted to see what the Army’s put out in app land.) I’m one of those people that likes to have a plan and if I don’t, I get unmotivated. Bearing that in mind, why not put the sample PRT schedule (or something derivative) into a “workout tracker” type format? Or add a CFT score tracker so the Soldier can see how they’ve progressed over time? You could even keep what you’ve got so far, and when they open the app, you could have options like “Today’s PT”, “Reference material”, and “ACFT Score tracker” and allow the soldier to easily go back and forth with a sidebar or something; say if they’re unsure about the execution of a movement during the session, they can switch over to the reference material right quick. Just a thought. Solid start!
