Data Migration? – Alice Letters - Chat App Review

This app is very peaceful and aesthetically pleasing! You are able to talk freely with minimal anxiety. Although, every time I hit the Data Migration button when trying to transfer my information from my phone to my iPad, and the app stops responding and crashes a few seconds later. Is there a fix for this?
