Error has occurred – FedEx Office Review

I downloaded the app and tried to logon with my user name and password Got message error has occurred Call Fedex 800 # Called - no option for printing - all options for shipping Asked for tech support Guy answered and says I have to transfer you to printing tech support Printing tech support says I will let App tech support know and they will call you 20 minutes wasted Why don’t they give a different phone number for app tech support??
