Restore my subscription... – Pixl: Face & Red Eye Corrector Review

I got this app (almost) a year ago (last November 2019, it is currently September 2020), I used it for a little and it worked fine but had to delete since I wasn’t using it much and was taking up storage on my phone. I recently took some pictures and wanted to edit them so I figured Id use the last of my subscription before it expires in November. I re-downloaded the app and tapped the “restore” option at the bottom right but after about 30 seconds of loading it tells me that I dont have a subscription to restore. Definitely not worth the $25 if I am not able to use it. When I check my subscriptions it visibly says “expires in November” so I do not understand why I cant use my subscription.
