Can’t load the wallpaper – App Frames & Shelves - DIY Home Screen Review

I’m using an iPhone XR and every time I go to a wallpaper it says it’s unable to load. Is this app for older iPhones only?? If so please make it to where it would work with the newer ones cause I really want to use the wallpaper on this app.
