Shows far away locations – WindAlert: Wind & Weather Map Review

I tried searching for my zip code, on the Hudson River in NY (not a small body of water) it kept listing beaches in Long Island, some 60 miles away. I went into settings and selected to sort lost by distance instead of alphabetical. I tried it changing it twice but it kept spitting back a useless list. Deleting this app from my phone.
