I can’t crate upload a skin. – Skin Creator Free For Minecraft Game Textures Review

Hey, when i saw this app, i got excited for the next few mins i’ve been using the app, and when i got dine using the edit button, i can’t figure out how to upload the skin to minecraft i followed the steps and read it, but i can’t find any custom button on my Minecraft i’, using pocket edition and i’m stump. I need help.
