Terrible web and app – Con Edison Review

I cannot get into the system. They keep demanding one verification after another, making you request a code, calling then not providing a code. I am disgusted frankly. I tried to get into the system during an emergency and could not and even now still nothing works. Wake up guys!! No excuse. Somebody is working there. IT department are you getting paid??
