Can not scan ID cars purchased into couple year old iPad mini – Hot Wheels® id Review

Apparently this game only works for kids if you buy your kid a $330 new iPad. A seven year old doesn’t need a brand new iPad for any reason and when wasting money on these cars in the store it doesn’t say it only works on new devices.
