I would give this zero stars if possible – PikMyKid Review

God help you & your school if they adopt this app for carpool control. We had it for the first day today (solo pickup for us just to test it out) and it was utter chaos. The pre-registration steps for grandmas and others are atrocious and require multiple help desk interactions and carpooling is definitely going to break this app if/when we attempt that shortly. Definitely try to be near the front on the first day to reduce the inevitable delays. 4 week update....workload has tripled for my school as they have one person waving a “announce” sign for us to hit the button at the right sequence at the entry into the line. Then they brought back the lady doing the well-functioning manual system from last year, and a third lady now at the end of line to re-arrange the cars when the two lists don’t match up (which is daily). Carpooling breaks down when a non-driving parent doesn’t properly delegate pickup to the driver parent. This is required for each pickup, by each parent. So that mess-up happens multiple times daily. The third lady has to handle this too by putting the improperly-delegated cars off to the side to keep the line moving. Also, the delegate function ceases to work 30 minutes before pickup starts, so if you initially forget but then remember 15 minutes before pickup, you still can’t do anything about delegating. There are just too many failure opportunities this way vs. the manual/placard way....you put the efficient functioning of the line in the hands of every driver and dozens of non-driver hands too each and every day.
