2nd chance code submittal – CA Lottery Official App Review

When trying to submit a ticket for a 2nd chance , select the 2nd chance button makes it seem as if the code has been submitted however it is not submitted unless the dialogue box shows the number of submissions out of 500 that have been submitted to date.
