Have a minor issue that cripples my use – Spectrum News: Local Stories Review

I am an Optimum customer. As an Optimum customer, I get Spectrum News on channel 64. I can’t sign in with my Optimum account, however, and therefore I can’t watch live. I am paying for this channel, and since Optimum broadcasts it, I should be able to use the Spectrum News app. This issue won’t affect most people, but it cripples my ability to use Spectrum News.
