I really appreciated the daily reminders to hydrate since I really don’t get very thirsty and am not that fond of the taste of water. But after 57 days, drinking water has become habitual! I’ve got another week before I complete my 63 workout day weight loss program ends. I decided to faithfully stick to the program and weigh in at the start and finish versus daily. But I can feel and see the effects and I’m delighted!
