One Question – Fashion Story™ Review

Long term player here, I played this for years as a kid until I lost our family iPad. Nothing too complex, pretty simple and fun game that is impressively difficult. One question though: if we have to create a username and password for our StormID, why can’t we recover our old stores with it? I have a level 30 store from my childhood that I now can’t access, even though I could probably guess the password. And now Ive redownloaded it and have started playing it again consistently. But I just got a new device AGAIN. I just want to continue my current store (level 13). I just don’t understand why we can’t use these IDs to recover old stores? One of my few critiques. If there is a way to continue my store on a new device, I’d really appreciate it.
