Purchase doesn't work on multiple devices – Sight Words Reading Games ABC Review

I purchased this app on my iPhone but when I go to open it on my iPad for my daughter it won't let me access all of the levels without repeating the purchase. Super frustrating. I've tried to reach the app support and the link is no longer active. Hoping my review might get someone to help me!
