filmic pro doesn't record at all on ipad – Filmic Pro－Video Camera Review

press record, button turns red, time stays at 00:00 and doesn't increase. no recording is made. uninstall and reinstall doesn't fix it. latest OS 13.6.1 no video, also camera roll writing doesn't work.
