Item NEVER shipped – Geek - Smarter Shopping Review

I ordered some wireless ear buds that just never showed up. When I tried to check the status of the order (2 weeks AFTER it was supposed to be delivered) customer support automated text system just told me to continue to wait as shipping may have gotten delayed. Now, here I am 2 months later, still no earbuds and the customer support automation now says I’m outside of the eligible window for a refund. Not that I’m out much money, but it’s the principle of the matter. Don’t waste your time with this garbage site.
