Game not loading – Chef Town Review

I haven’t been able to play my game all week. The loading bar will get to the halfway point and then stop. I have tried everything that I can think of: restarted my device, turned off/on WiFi, game is updated...gave it time, still no luck. I have tried to contact app support but it says something about the contact for this app has retired or no longer in service. Anyone else having this problem?? Please advise. I do not want to delete the game because I have put so much time and effort into it over the years. Thanks
