Great game but.. – Bonbon Cakery Review

I love this game but I found a bug that got rid of all my progress. I was just finishing a dessert when all of a sudden an error notification showed up in Japanese, I don’t know Japanese so I was very confused it had a no and yes button underneath it, I didn’t know what to do so I clicked yes and the game crashed. I went back onto the game and the error notification showed up again. I was still confused so I clicked no this time and it crashed. I was back to my home screen and the screen glitched and moved around a little then went back to normal. I went back to the game but it crashed multiple times. The last time I went back to the game, it was normal but made me start all over again. I’m so confused what should I do?
