App. Doesn’t work – Chat & Date: Online Dating App Review

So I had posted a review a while back and I had a response stating the developer will get back to me (this was months ago, pre-Covid.) and no one has gotten back to me. I have lifetime premium service and I can’t access the app. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it many times. Also have tried the forgot password many time and I never get anything sent to me. The only thing I have in my email is the initial complete registration email (yes I checked my spam folder.)
