Game breaking glitch – FINAL FANTASY VII Review

I wonder if the people leaving these glowing reviews actually played through the hole game. When you get to the top of the tower after fighting back to back bosses you have to use cloud to start another boss battle, but the game glitches out on a TUTORIAL SCREEN and will not let you progress. I’ve done it step by step I’ve gone online to see if there’s a way around it and nothing. I’ve gone to app support, but doesn’t say anything. This problem has been around since the steam port so obviously they just ported it to mobile without fixing these game breaking bugs. I tried for over 3hrs and fighting the same battle over and over. I’m done I’m just gonna get a refund. If a game is unable to be finished then what’s the point of selling it.
