No clue how to get a star! – Jelly Burst : Exciting king kandy match trio sega Review

I’m stuck on level 23 and I get all the pieces I’m supposed to but lose every time because I need a start and I can’t figure out how I’m supposed to get one. No instructions anywhere. Help!
