Note To Apple: Remove This Defective App!!! – Mini Golf 99 Holes Theme Park FREE Review

Where is the Quality Control Apple? Shouldn't apps like this get pulled from the App Store? It's clearly defective (since it won't load) and the developer isn't doing anything to fix it... (At least Digital Chocolate has 3D Mini Golf, which is excellent.)
