Email support is rude – Fixum 2 Review

After writing several emails for support I get a response from the writer of the email didn’t “like my tone and you’re on your own.” I simply asked if the app was broken again. Is that how businesses owners respond to customers these days? Guess so. I’d like my $40 refunded on extra booster I paid for.
