Horrible onboarding experience. – Staples Advantage Review

What a horrible setup. If you use just your mobile it is impossible to set up and use. It is like someone intentionally set this up to be a lesson in frustration. You sign up through your company. Wait 3 days, get an account number, your user name / email verified, and a link to create the password. Click the link. Goes to the website to set up your password. Nope - you first have to enter in the account code. Okay - do that. Boom - screen then says you have to use the app because the experience is so much better. So click that link. Install the app, launch it. Realize I can’t log in because I still don’t have a password. So I click the I forgot my password link in the app log in. Sends me an email. Click the reset link. Huh... back to the enter your account number page. Enter it in. And boom - same stupid get the app page. No way to set or reset the password from a mobile browser. Just wow... At some point I may go to my computer and deal with this there, but extremely unimpressed. More likely to just delete it all.
