Don’t be so fooled – OYO: Search & Book Hotel Rooms Review

I made a booking with OYO and I paid through the OYO app $79 for two days. When I got to the hotel they required a $100 deposit. I went and I explain to the front desk that I don’t have it additional hundred dollars to give them. The manager said well you’re going to have to go ahead and cancel your reservation not giving me a chance to say how soon can you get the deposit to me cancel your reservation sir. What he didn’t tell me was when I canceled the reservation I would not be refunded the $79. It’s been two days of back-and-forth with the OYO customer service people. they got my money they don’t care. Telling me their policy’s what it is and they have to stand by it. So they have taken my money and refuse to listen to reason
