Cancelled events, offers refunds, then revoked – Fever: local events & tickets Review

Bad customer service. They cancelled my event, then offered a refund. I accepted the refund and then they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because of high volume and told me to choose another event. This is not acceptable customer service. I want my refund or I would’ve chose another event if I wanted to.
