Unlock all, or not.... – LEGO® DUPLO® WORLD Review

So we purchased the full unlock a while back, yet when the Play house update came out we had to pay again....my kid loves the game. Did the unlock all price go up with this new area? Or are you just punishing long time app users and making us pay more?
