Connect glitch? – We Bare Bears Match3 Repairs Review

I love this game so far, but whenever I try to connect to one of my accounts it takes so long. I always get tired of it and stop it before it gets past the bear-stack loading thing. Is this just my device or is it a glitch? Thanks for taking the time to read/reply to this!
