Haven’t received my purchase or any help – ZOE: Interactive Story Review

If I could give 0 stars I would be delighted! I have been enjoying the game, however I processed a purchase last week and got charged for it, I never received my tickets and decided to contact the customer care department, I’m still waiting for a response from them, same thing happened to my today and again, no response from the team.
