False FaceID Compatibility – BlackBerry Work Review

Despite my approval of Face ID for this application both in Apple settings and in Blackberry Work settings, the app continues to mandate that I input my (mandated) massive, confusing password each time I open an email. It's unbelievable! Developers, please get back to me with help! Please enable actual Face ID compatibility!!! I can't believe how annoying this problem is.
