Hit and miss – Add Text To Photos : Textgram Review

Took forever to get my first pic to send. Second one still not sending. Typical high tech garbage over thought and dysfunctional. Also, paid once then for ed to pay again. Will be doing a charge back if it appears twice on my card. Disappointed
