From the beginning – Full Fitness : Exercise Workout Trainer Review

This app has helped me in so many way and got me back to active duty in the Fire Service after being hospitalized for 7 days with rhabdomyolysis a big word for severe dehydration I didn’t find any other app with all that I needed at the time but I had it in my phone for a while so planing became easy would love to see it updated but it works fine for me so far
